Super productive day. Finally had a day this weekend to sleep in. So I took full advantage of it and got 12 hours last night. Make chicken salad today that had cranberries, pecans, & celery stuffed into a pita thin for lunch. It was crazy good. I purchased a new app called workout that I gave a whirl today. I did the arm portion for 10 minutes and then the abs for five. Then headed to the gym and for 30 minutes of cardio where I did the C25K.    Burned 365 calories.  I’m really trying to get my speed up for the next 5K we do next month. I have a feeling that this is going to be a very slow and long p
process. For dinner I made grilled zucchini and squash, garden tomatoes, cucumbers with green beans, and bake pork chops. Only 307 calories. Now I’m in a sit back and relax with some True Blood and The Newsroom before hitting the hay.
